This page explains how Fullcom products are shipped, delivered and installed. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

Our products are custom-manufactured cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, bathroom units and related interior products. Lead times and delivery arrangements are confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation, because they depend on the design, materials, quantity and destination of your project.

2. Production and lead time

Production begins after the final drawings are approved and any deposit stated in your quotation has been received. We confirm the estimated production period in writing before you place your order, and we will inform you if the schedule changes.

3. Shipping and costs

We ship domestically in China and to overseas destinations through our freight partners. Shipping costs depend on volume, destination and the method selected, and are shown in your quotation or at checkout where applicable. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, import duties, customs clearance charges and local taxes are payable by the recipient.

4. Delivery and installation

Before delivery, the site should be ready: access must be clear, the rooms prepared and confident that dimensions and services (electrical, plumbing) are as agreed. Delivery and installation are scheduled in advance with you or your site contact. Where installation is included, it is carried out by our team or an approved partner; if the site is not ready on the agreed date, a further charge may apply for the additional visit.

5. Inspection and damage

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery documentation if possible. If any item is damaged, missing or does not match the approved drawings, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange repair, replacement or another remedy as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Customs and documentation

For international shipments we prepare the commercial documents required for export. Delays caused by customs inspection or clearance are outside our control, but we will assist with the information we are able to provide.
