Fullcom wants everyone to be able to use our website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we are doing to make fullcomhome.com accessible and how to tell us about problems.

1. Our commitment and target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities.

2. Measures we take

  • Maintaining a consistent page structure with headings, lists and landmarks that assistive technology can interpret.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states for links, buttons and forms.
  • Reviewing text contrast, font sizes and spacing, and avoiding reliance on colour alone to convey information.
  • Writing descriptive alternative text for images and descriptive labels for form fields and buttons where they are missing.
  • Testing pages on current versions of major browsers and on both desktop and mobile screens.

3. Known limitations

Parts of our website are built with page-builder components and contain a large library of project photographs, including older content. Some images and interactive components (for example, image sliders, before-and-after sliders and map embeds) may not yet fully meet every criterion, and third-party content such as payment and social media widgets is outside our direct control. We are working through these areas progressively and will fix reported problems as a priority.

4. Feedback

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you would like content in another format, please contact us and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to provide the information you need in an accessible way.
