1. About us
Fullcom designs and manufactures custom cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, bathroom and wall units and other interior products, and provides related design, project and installation services for residential and commercial projects.
2. Use of the website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to extract content at a volume that affects the service. All content on this website, including text, images, drawings, renders and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.
3. Products, materials and images
Colours, textures and finishes shown on our website or in sample materials may vary from the finished product due to screen settings, lighting and the natural variation of materials such as wood, stone and laminate. Dimensions, drawings and renders are indicative until confirmed in the final approved drawings that form part of your project documents.
4. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated in them, and are based on the information, measurements and site conditions available to us at the time. Orders are accepted only when we confirm them in writing. Where a project requires measurements or site conditions to be verified, the final price and schedule may be adjusted accordingly and will be confirmed with you before production begins.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, prices exclude transport, installation, import duties and local taxes, which may be charged in addition. Payment schedules, deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are set out in your quotation or invoice. Where you pay online, payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card details.
6. Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are confirmed in your quotation and may be affected by the availability of materials, site readiness, access conditions and events outside our reasonable control. Delivery, installation and acceptance are governed by our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Because most of our products are made to order for a specific project, special rules apply to cancellations and returns. These are set out in our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty
Products are supplied with the warranty stated in your quotation or project contract. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and excludes damage caused by improper installation by others, misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. Where an item is defective, our remedy is, at our option, repair, replacement or refund of the affected item.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid for the products and services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms, and are not liable for delays or failure to perform, where this results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, transport or customs delays, strikes, or shortages of materials.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts of Nantong, Jiangsu, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
